All cancellations must be received in writing by Scherago International by December 3, 2012 in order to receive a refund. A $50 processing charge will be applied to all refunds. After December 3, 2012 no refunds will be issued.
If you are unable to attend PAG XXI, you can send a substitute in your place. In order to have the registration and the badge switched to your replacement's name, the person replacing you must present the original badge (if mailed) and a confirmation letter at the registration desk on-site.
