Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing by Scherago International by December 3, 2012 in order to receive a refund. A $50 processing charge will be applied to all refunds. After December 3, 2012 no refunds will be issued.

Registration Switch/Substitution Policy

If you are unable to attend PAG XXI, you can send a substitute in your place. In order to have the registration and the badge switched to your replacement's name, the person replacing you must present the original badge (if mailed) and a confirmation letter at the registration desk on-site. 

Social Media Policy

"You are permitted to blog, post, & tweet about what you are hearing & seeing at the conference and in the Exhibit Hall - highlighting or commenting on, but not sharing in full detail,  the material presented. "
"Except by specific prior written permission, we do not permit the recording of presentations at the Plant and Animal Genome Conference XXI under any circumstances or in any form or media, including but not limited to still photography, audio recording, video recording, or literal transcripts."
