The Plant & Animal Genome Conference (PAG) is designed to provide a forum on recent developments and future plans for plant & animal genome projects. Consisting of technical presentations, poster sessions, exhibits and workshops, the conference is an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas and applications on this internationally important project.
... and various social fuctions and networking opportunities — all in a relaxed, sunny, and informal setting.
PAG continues to grow each year, with record attendance in 2010, 2011 & 2012.The largest population of registrations tend to be from an Academic background (64%), with Industry (25%) and Government (11%) sectors comprising the remainder.
At PAG XX in 2012, there were 2,738 attendees from over 60 countries worldwide. Aproximately 40% of attendees travel to PAG from outside the USA, making the conference a truely global event.
