Please join us in welcoming Susan R. Wessler to the PAG Organizing Committee.
Dr. Wesler is a Distinguished Professor of Genetics at the University of California, Riverside (UCR) and member of the National Academy of Sciences. Her major focus is Transposable elements(TEs) in plants with a focus on the characterization of active transposable elements and a determination of how they contribute to genome evolution and adaptation.
