Discounted conference room rates are available for attendees of PAG XXV. Please be sure to book using the dedicated PAG XXV Hotel Reservations Portal, or mention PAG for reservations via phone. Please be aware that the hotel typically fills up early, and you are advised to make reservations by December 1, 2016. All hotel deposits and payments must be sent directly to the Town and Country Hotel.

High speed internet access will be available in all rooms. There will also be access to the internet in the PAG Computer Room, and complimentary wifi access in the conference/registration area (Atlas Foyer.)

At past meetings, a number of attendees have expressed a desire to share a room to minimize hotel costs. Thanks to the efforts at Iowa State, a website will be set up to facilitate this for assistance matching you with another guest. Please visit the PAG Room Sharing Website to make arrangements.

Ground Transportation Instructions for Shuttle
When you arrive in San Diego, after claiming your luggage,
Alaska Airlines, Southwest, United After claiming your luggage, follow the signs to the Ground Transportation Sky Bridge. Proceed to the "Shuttle for Hire Island" and ask the Transportation Coordinator for a Supershuttle van.
Aero México, American Airlines, America West, British Airways, Japan Airlines, Delta Airlines, Frontier Airlines, Northwest, Sun County, Hawaiian, Air Canada, Allegiant Air, Jet Blue, Spirit Airlines, United Airlines, U.S. Airways, Virgin, Volaris, West Jet Exit the Terminal 2 doors; cross the street using the cross walk to the "Shuttle for Hire Island" ask the Transportation Coordinator for a Supershuttle van.
ExecuCar Meet and Greet Service
Once you have arrived at The San Diego Airport, any terminal: Please go to Baggage Claim and your driver will meet you with a sign with your name on it and will help you with your luggage and get you to your destination with VIP service. The 24 hour dispatch number is 619-564-7998
Taxis from the airport are also available and you can expect to pay about $30 USD plus tip.
All attendees and exhibitors receive 50% off the current parking rate at the Town & Country Hotel. PAG XXV guests will receive an $8.00 per day rate when they present their name badge at the parking gate upon their departure.
Those who have special dietary needs (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, kosher, etc.) should note this on their registration forms. All efforts will be made to accommodate special requests. The Wednesday evening dinner banquet is a buffet and there will be a wide variety of food available.
