Consisting of technical presentations, poster sessions, exhibits and workshops, the conference is an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas, and applications on this internationally important project.

We currently have 3 registration categories: Industry, Non-Profit and Student:

  • Industry - includes those at companies and commercial organizations.
  • Non-profit - includes those at universities, and government organizations.
  • Students - must be Pre-Ph.D and upload a letter of certification from their Department Chairperson
    at the time of registration.

There are 3 tiers of registration, based on date:

  • Early Registration - accepted up through and including October 31, 2017.
  • Standard Registration - November 1, 2017 through January 12, 2018.
  • Onsite Registration -  available after January 12, 2017.

   

Full Conference Registration Includes

  • Access to Plenary Lectures, Workshops, Industry Workshops, and Computer Demos
  • Access to the Exhibit Hall and Poster Sessions
  • Access to the Computer Room (for computer demos, "electronic" poster presentations, & internet access)
  • 1 Copy of the Final Program & Abstract Book
  • 5 Days Continental Breakfast
  • 5 Days Lunch **NEW**
  • 5 Days Morning Coffee Breaks, Afternoon Coffee and Soda
  • Opening Welcome Reception (Sunday)
  • Closing Banquet Dinner (Wednesday)

  

Exhibits-Only Badges

A number of complimentary Exhibits-Only badges will be available onsite for Monday, January 15 and Tuesday January 16. There is no charge for these badges and they allow the bearer access to only the Exhibit Hall to view Exhibits and Poster areas (including the lower level poster area). Exhibit Hall hours are listed below.

Exhibits-Only badges are also available for Sunday January 14, for a fee of $50, as this includes the Welcome Reception, which starts at 7pm. 

All Exhibits-Only badges are issued onsite only, and do not provide access to any of the scientific sessions, workshops, plenary talks, or events.

They are not affiliated with the PAG meeting and you are advised to book directly with the Town & Country Hotel using the reservation portal on our Hotel Information page.

How to Register

You must complete the online registration form to register for PAG XXVI - please see the link at the top right.  You may register in advance of the show and receive discounted pricing, or onsite at the conference.Payment options are credit card, check, or wire transfer.

Upon arrival, all attendees must pick up their badge and registration materials onsite at the registration kiosks, located in the Atlas Foyer. (Badges are no longer mailed. )

All payments must be in US currency, drawn on a U.S. bank. We do not accept payment in Euros or any other currency.

All check and wire transfers must be paid in full by December 31, 2017 or the registration will be cancelled.

  

Onsite Registration /  Onsite Badge Pickup

At the conference, the registration booths will be located in the Atlas Foyer of the Town & Country Hotel & Conference Center. If you have not registered in advance, you can do so via the self-serve kiosks, and representatives will be available to assist you.

If you have already registered online, please go to a kiosk and enter your information, to recieve your PAG badge, then procceed to the Bag Pickup area, to collect your show materials, which include a registration bag, badge holder, & lanyard.

Cancellations and Substitutions

All cancellations must be received in writing by Scherago International by December 5, 2017 in order to receive a refund. A $50 processing charge will be applied to all refunds. After December 5, 2017 no refunds will be issued.

If you are unable to attend PAG XXVI, you can send a substitute in your place. In order to have the registration and the badge switched to your replacement's name, the person replacing you must present the original badge (if mailed) and a confirmation letter at the registration desk on-site.
