All cancellations must be received in writing by Scherago International by December 2, 2011 in order to receive a refund. A $50 processing charge will be applied to all refunds. After December 2, 2011 no refunds will be issued.
If you are unable to attend PAG XX, you can send a substitute in your place. In order to have the registration and the badge switched to your replacement's name, the person replacing you must present the original badge (if mailed) and a confirmation letter at the registration desk onsite.
A limited number of meeting spaces have been set aside for attendees who may request them. To reserve a space please fill out a Meeting Space Request Form.
