The Plant & Animal Genome XX Conference is designed to provide a forum on recent developments and future plans for plant & animal genome projects. Consisting of technical presentations, poster sessions, exhibits and workshops, the conference is an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas, and applications on this internationally important project. The deadline for pre-registration is January 11, 2012. After that date, only On Site registration will be available.

Registration includes:

  • Access to Plenary Lectures, Workshops, Industry Workshops, and Computer Demos
  • Access to the Exhibit Hall and Poster Sessions
  • Access to the Computer Room (for computer demos, "electronic" poster presentations, email, and internet access)
  • One Copy of the Final Program & Abstract Book
  • 5 Days Continental Breakfast
  • 5 Days Morning Coffee Breaks, Afternoon Coffee and Soda
  • Opening Welcome Reception (Sunday)
  • Banquet Dinner (Wednesday)

Categories and Fees

We currently have three registration categories: Non-Profit, Industry, and Student.

  • Nonprofit includes those at University and Government organizations.
  • Industry includes those at companies and commercial organizations.
  • Students must be Pre-Ph.D and upload a letter of certification from their Department Chairperson at the time of registration.

There are 3 tiers of registration, based on date. Early Pre-Registration is accepted up through and including October 31. Standard Pre-Registration is November 1 through January 11th. After January 11, 2012, only On-Site Registration will be available.

How to Pre-Register

You must complete the online registration form to register for PAG XX. Please click the button at top right.  There are options to pay via credit card, check, or wire-transfer.

Note: All payments must be in US currency, drawn on a U.S. bank. We do not accept payment in Euros or any other currency.

NOTE: All check and wire transfers must be paid in full by December 31, 2011 or the registration will be cancelled.

 

Register On Site

Online pre-registration for PAG XX is now closed.

Please register on site at the Registration Booths located in the Atlas Foyer of the Town and Country Convention Center.

 

 

Travel Grants

We are pleased to offer a number of  travel grants to PAG XX. Each grant provides an award amount towards travel, and complimentary registration to the conference.

Some grants require the applicant to be traveling to the conference from outside the USA and for some only students are eligible, so please check the eligibility requirements carefully.
