Exhibitor Registration

exhib regEach exhibiting company is allowed four (4) Exhibitor Badges per booth. Additional badges can be purchased for $500 each. Exhibitors, please register yourself and your personnel via our Online Exhibitor Registration Page. On-Site Registration opens Friday, January 13 at 12:00pm and will be available through set-up and exhibit hours. All company representatives are required to wear badges while in the exhibit area.

Exhibitor Badges entitle the bearer to attend the full scientific program and all food functions, except the Closing Banquet on Wednesday, January 18. Tickets to the Closing Banquet can be purchased for $50 each on-site, if you wish to attend.

Exhibitor Housing

Exhibitor housing will be handled by the Town & Country Hotel. Additional details including rates, phone numbers and the link to an online registration portal can be found on our Hotel Information page.

 

Ordering Exhibitor Services

Exhibitor services, will be handled by GES. For information regarding requests for decorating (furniture, carpeting, draped tables, signage, etc.), labor, utility, and floral services please see the Exhbitor Services Manual. This manual also includes information for computer and audio/visual rentals and services and lead retrieval units.

MyShow Planner Basic Listing

A Basic Listing in our MyShow Planner is complimentary to all  exhibitors. This includes display of your company name, address, booth number, phone, fax, website, company description and product categories. You may also brand your booth by adding a company logo, which will appear on both the directory listing and interactive floorplan.

Meeting Space Reservations
