Information regarding requests for decorating (furniture, carpeting, draped tables, signage, etc.), labor, utility, floral services, as well as  links for computer and audio/visual rentals and services will be provided as we get closer to the show date

The PAG Leads App is a free downloadable app, designed for exhibitors to track leads using their smart phones. Using an iPhone or Android device, an exhibitor can simply use their own smart phone to track leads, qualify leads and follow up on these leads even after the event is completed. The PAG Leads app is available for free for iOS or Andriod devices, and there will be iPods available for rental onsite.

Exhibitors Can Use PAG Leads To:

  • Scan badges, capture leads anywhere, while at the meeting
  • Qualify leads with a number of qualifying questions, customized by you
  • Record notes from your conversation with the prospect
  • Manage leads online, during and after the meeting
  • Automatically assign leads to the sales person responsible

The app works on iPhone, iPod touch, iPad, iPad mini, Android phones and Android tablets (devices with a rear facing camera).

Pricing options

  • A single user license is included for all exhibitors. This allows you to download and use the PAG Leads App for use on your own device.
  • Additional user licenses are $40 per user, for use on your own device
  • iPod touch rental: $90 (plus a refundable deposit of $200 per device). You will pick up an iPod Touch on site with PAG Leads preloaded.

Company Description

A Basic Listing is complimentary to all exhibitors. This includes display of your company name, address, booth number, phone, fax, website, company description and product categories. The description will be used in the printed Exhibit Guide, which will be distributed on site to all participants, and also in the online directory and interactive floorplan. You may also brand your booth by adding a company logo, which will appear on both the online directory listing and interactive floorplan.

Exhibitor Registration

badgeEach exhibiting company is allowed four (4) Exhibitor Badges per booth. Additional badges can be purchased for $500 each. Each exhibitor will receive an email with a URL link for registering exhibitor staff in November 2018. On-Site Registration opens Saturday, January 13 at 12:00pm and will be available through set-up and exhibit hours. All company representatives are required to wear badges while in the exhibit area.

Exhibitor Badges entitle the bearer to attend the full scientific program and all food functions, except the Closing Banquet on Wednesday. Tickets to the Closing Banquet can be purchased for $50 each on-site, if you wish to attend.

Exhibitors who wish to submit an abstract receive a discounted rate of $500. Limit of 4 badges at the discounted rate. Exhibitors will receive a link for registering staff via email in November 2018.
