A number of meeting rooms at the Town & Country Hotel have been set aside for both exhibitors and attendees to reserve. Audio visual rental services and catering are not included  but can be arranged. A representative will contact you to further discuss your needs.

  • reservations for up to one hour are complimentary
  • reservations for over one hour and up to 3 hours are $350*
  • reservations for over 3 hours and up to 6 hours are $500*

*Fee is waived for major corporate sponsors.
