Meeting Room Request Form

A number of meeting rooms at the Town & Country Hotel have been set aside for both exhibitors and attendees to reserve. A/V and catering services are not included, but can be arranged via the form.

 

  • reservations for up to one hour are complimentary
  • reservations for over one hour and up to 3 hours are $350
  • reservations for over 3 hours and up to 6 hours are $500

 

Additionally, there will also be some spaces available to reserve at the nearby Legacy International (shuttle buses will be provided).
